**Please be advised that we highly recommend you contact our leasing office immediately prior to submitting your rental application, at 828-456-6111, to ensure that the property you are applying for is still available and to clarify move-in date. Our availability changes frequently and we accept the first approved application received. **Some homes are currently occupied and move-in date must be after the date available, and no more than 30 days after current tenant vacates. If the home is vacant, the move-in date must be within 30 days. If you wish to submit a backup application, DO NOT submit an online application, you MUST contact our office. This will help you avoid any chance of forfeiting your application fee if another application has already been submitted for the same property. All application fees are non-refundable. NOTE: You will be required to upload a picture of your photo ID as well as two pay stubs or bank statements. (If application is approved, you will be required to pay a security deposit equivalent to 1.5 month's rent without a pet or 2 month's rent with a pet as well as a $50 new tenant processing fee) by 4:00pm the next business day. The processing fee is per lease, not per person and must be paid separate from the security deposit.
MINIMUM RENTAL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- The total gross household income must be 3X the rent amount (income must be proven)
- Applicant must have good and stable rental or home ownership history for 3 years
- PROVIDING ANY FALSE INFORMATION
- Any EVICTION on record for any applicant (a national search is completed)
- Any UTILITY COLLECTIONS on record (a full credit report is pulled)
- Any money owed to a previous landlord (this will show up on report)
NOTE: Felony convictions over the past 10 years may be an automatic disqualifier and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If any applicant has a felony on record, please contact our office to discuss BEFORE you apply.
