Select Homes is a pet friendly property management company; 

however, we do have to have a prohibited pet list as follows:

The following list details specific pets that SELECT HOMES will not accept due to liability issues. NO exceptions can be made to this policy.

Please make note: If a prospective tenant has a "mix breed" dog, it is most important that they be able to tell us to the best of their knowledge what type of breeds the dog contains. This information should easily be obtained from the pet owner's veterinarian. It is important that we know the dog is not mixed with one of the breeds noted above.
